Other houses in the district were designed by Wright\u2019s students and disciples <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1986\/11\/01\/obituaries\/aaron-resnick-dies-architect-and-engineer.html\">Aaron L. This is ostensive, when you perceive the concrete and stones used to intertwine the trunk\u00b4s conic\u00b4s cilinder forms and the mushroom-shaped cartport. The circular segments of the plan geometry, are evidenced through the living room\u00b4s red windows frames or generatrices of the cilinder. Since then, the median value of owner occupied housing units has increased by about $120,000.<\/p>\n<p>Some see a connection between high housing prices and a lack of diversity in Pleasantville. \u201cI\u2019ve been living in Pleasantville my whole life, and it\u2019s a very white town. There\u2019s maybe a handful of [non-whites] and we all know each other. I actually went to Pace for a year for its diversity,\u201d said Christian Maldonado, a Pleasantville resident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere has been a lot more diversity in homeowners recently. However, I think a lot of Pleasantville\u2019s diversity comes from renters rather than buyers,\u201d said David Washburn, real estate agent for RE\/MAX Ace Realty in Pleasantville.<\/p>\n<p>Fourteen affordable housing apartments located on Washington Avenue are being made available to people with a household income that is 50 to 60 percent of Westchester County\u2019s median household income.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think that Pleasantville can benefit from affordable housing.
