Jacob Burns continues partnership with Pleasantville businesses

When it comes to cinema culture in Westchester, there is no place that does it quite like the Jacob Burns. And many Pleasantville business owners say they have benefited from being located near a regional attraction that shows 400 films and hosts 150 events per year.

One way they have benefited is by participating in the JBFC’s Reel Partners program, which connects JBFC members with deals and discounts with local businesses.

“It’s a win-win,” said Denise Treco, Director of Comunications and Marketing at the JBFC. “Our members get a promotion and local businesses get access to our customers. We also want to be good community partners with local businesses.”

Pleasantville businesses that participate in the program include Mission Taqueria, Jean-Jacques Culinary Creations, Pubstreet, Southern Table, Wood and Fire, and Little Mumbai Market. Other partners include arts and entertainment centers, educational services, and tech and home design firms.
